An Exchange account is optional. You do not need an account to create and use local reminders in DKReminder.
Delete the account in the app
- Open Settings in DKReminder.
- Open Reminder exchange account.
- Select Delete account.
- Re-authenticate when requested.
- Confirm Delete permanently.
Account deletion is irreversible.
Request deletion without using the app
Email dkreminder.support@gmail.com from the same email address used for your Exchange account. State that you want the account and its associated cloud data deleted, and include the account email address.
Never send your password, Google credentials, verification codes, or payment details. If you cannot access the account email address, explain that in the request. We may ask for additional information needed to verify ownership before processing deletion. Verified requests are handled without unreasonable delay.
Data deleted with the account
- Firebase Authentication account and sign-in identity;
- Exchange profile and private email lookup;
- registered devices, installation records, and push-notification tokens;
- directional reminder-sending permissions and pending permission requests;
- your own Exchange inbox and sent journal;
- related delivery, idempotency, abuse-prevention, and account-deletion operation records.
Data that may remain
- local reminders and other app data stored on your devices;
- Android system backups or manual backup files that you control;
- a reminder already delivered to another user’s inbox;
- an independent local reminder another user created from a delivered item;
- purchase and subscription records retained by Google Play under Google’s policies.
Another user controls their own inbox projection and any independent local copy. Deleting your account does not remotely delete those records.
Google Play subscription
Deleting an Exchange account does not cancel DKReminder Pro. Manage or cancel the subscription separately in Google Play subscriptions.
